Falk is Managing Partner at Avalon where he focuses on project execution and tactical advice across the entire transaction process.

Prior, he has worked for Al Ramz Capital, Commerzbank, DC Advisory as well as Transfer Partners where he has successfully led numerous M&A projects predominantly focusing on the healthcare, technology and industrial Sectors.

He is also founder of GP 249, a fast-growing platform for automotive enthusiasts and marketing expert partnering with OEMs, Tier 1s including Bilstein, Porsche and other relevant brands as well as organising motorsport community events across Europe’s most renowned racetracks.

He studied at Hult International Business School in London and speaks German, English and French.
