Nicki is Managing Partner at Avalon, where he looks after the strategic positioning, developing of cohesive equity stories and investor dialogue.

Prior, he has worked for Lincoln International, where he managed several M&A transactions in the consumer and technology sector, as well as co-founded Alchemist, an IT Services provider. At last, he managed the real estate business of Lange Family Office and developed the investment strategy for the family.

He studied at Hult International Business School in London and at IE Business School in Madrid, and speaks German, English, Spanish and French.

Nicki is an ultra-distance runner and completed several ultra-trails, including Ultra-Trail du Mont Blanc, Marathon Des Sables and The Speed Project. Through his activities, he has been able to work and creating content for numerous blue-chip companies.
