TASKS
Social Media Management: Oversee and create content (photo and video) for our social media channels (i.e. LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.) of Avalon and the management, enhancing brand visibility and client engagement
Company Newsletter: Manage content creation, editing, and distribution of our firm’s newsletter
Event Coordination: Support the planning and execution of networking and marketing events
Project Management Support: Assist the team in various ongoing projects, ensuring smooth operations across the organisation
Content Creation for International Events: Cover global networking and marketing events through high-quality photo, video, and blog content
Office Management Duties: Take charge of essential office tasks to ensure efficient daily operations and team-support
REQUIREMENTS
Enrolled in a university program (preferably in Business, Marketing, Finance, Communications, or related fields)
Experience in social media management and content creation (i.e. photo and video-editing as well as blog management)
Interest in Mergers & Acquisitions and Growth Capital with an understanding of the consumer and healthcare sectors
Experience in social media management and content creation (photo/video/blog)
Excellent communication skills in German (fluent) and English (fluent) – any additional language is a plus
Organised, proactive, and able to multitask effectively
Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Cloud and social media tools
